Ownership of work created for clients should be clearly defined in your agreements. You retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in your portfolio unless otherwise agreed with the client.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove your profile at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also request removal of your profile at any time.
Ecommerce Nerds is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from your engagements with clients. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to your services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
