Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Ecommerce Nerds is a fixed-price Shopify development service operated by Kaizen Brands LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). By sending us a brief or paying a quote you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes

After you send a brief we reply with a written fixed quote describing the work, the price, and the expected delivery time. The quote is the scope. Work outside it is quoted separately before we do it.

3. Payment

You pay the full quoted price upfront through Stripe before work starts. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes your jurisdiction applies.

4. Doing the work

• Work is done by our Shopify developers, who may be independent contractors working under our direction. We are responsible for their work under these terms.
• You give us the store access the job needs (normally collaborator access). Where possible we work on a duplicate of your theme and you publish it once you are happy.
• Keep your own backups. We are not liable for data you did not back up.

5. Review and acceptance

When we deliver, you review the work against the quote. If something does not match what was quoted, tell us and we will fix it at no extra cost. The job is accepted when you confirm it, or 14 days after delivery if you have not reported a problem.

6. Refunds

If we cannot deliver what we quoted, you get a full refund. Details are in our refund policy.

7. Ownership

Once you have paid, you own the code and assets we create for your store. Third-party themes, apps, and libraries stay under their own licences.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
