1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ecommerce Nerds ("the Platform") as a client, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Ecommerce Nerds is a directory platform that connects clients with Shopify experts, including freelancers and agencies. We facilitate introductions and provide tools for communication, but we are not a party to any agreements between clients and experts.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Communicate project requirements clearly to experts
  • Pay experts according to agreed-upon terms
  • Provide honest and fair reviews of expert work

4. Payments and Fees

Ecommerce Nerds does not charge clients any commission or platform fees for connecting with experts. All payment arrangements are made directly between clients and experts. We recommend using secure payment methods and documenting all agreements.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we vet our experts for skills and reliability, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for your projects. The success of any engagement depends on many factors including clear communication, realistic expectations, and mutual cooperation.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between clients and experts should be resolved directly between the parties. Ecommerce Nerds may offer mediation assistance at our discretion but is not obligated to do so.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of work product created during engagements should be clearly defined in your agreement with the expert. Ecommerce Nerds makes no claims to any intellectual property created through connections made on our platform.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
